Design

After listening to your requirements, ideas, and the image you would like to achieve, these will be interpreted into a design.

Illustrations and patterns will be sent to you to show the intended effect.

Designs will take into account: ascetics appropriate materials, durability, production, time scales, and budget.

Samples

Sample swatches are created to test the stitch size for each particular yarn:

• Helping to ensure the result is as desired
• Acting as a guide from which a pattern can be created.

Sizes: Typically 20 x 20cm, 30 x 30cm, 40 x 40cm

£15-£75 depending on fabric & size

Patterns

A knitting pattern can either be created for you in two formats:

• Plotted in graph format
• Written 

Machine Knitting Patterns +

Tech Packs –

Produced for you to provide manufacturers with the details they require to manufacture items.

Hand-knit Patterns to be published can be tested by a range of hand knitters.

Production

Samples can be produced for:           

• Manufacturing Industrial Machine Knitting – Minimum Order Quantities 30+
• Hand operated Machine Knitting
• Hand Knitting

This may be the final piece or an initial sample before giving the go ahead to produce more.
